STEM Plus Boiling Ice Cream Samples
April 21, 1:00 pm –4:00 pm
Suggested Ages: 4 to 11
Science Teacher Sarah demonstrates how objects interact with liquid nitrogen, going from solid to liquid to gas in the blink of an eye, with experiments that include boiling gases, crackling balloons, smoky bubbles, and more. The demo ends with samples of ice cream made with liquid nitrogen.
