Fall-O-Ween: Great Pumpkin Carving Weekend

Watch artist Adam Bierton transform a giant pumpkin into an organic masterpiece. The 2000+ pound work of art will be on display at the Reflecting Pool along with two more of the largest pumpkins in the world.
Find lots more pumpkins of every size and hordes of gourds around the 250-acre New York Botanical Garden framed by gorgeous fall foliage.
Take a spooky stroll through the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden and meet hundreds of pumpkin-headed scarecrows.
Weekends 10 am–5:30 pm, join guided activities with teen explainers. Peek inside a pumpkin, read an autumn tale, join story time at 2:30 pm, pot up afestive fall plant to take home and create a mini self portrait tapestry inspired by the work of multidimensional artist Ebony G Patterson.
Pick up pumpkins and gourds from a new patch outside the gift shop.
