Through more than 150 paintings and works on paper, take a fresh look at the close and sometimes tumultuous relationship between Édouard Manet and Edgar Degas born two years apart. Examine their careers in parallel with works side by side in the context of the family relationships, friendships, and intellectual circles that influenced their artistic and professional choices.

Kids can spot the differences between similar paintings and look for interesting characters, horses and boats.  Note there is some painterly nudity and violence.

Join the virtual exhibition queue via QR code once inside the Museum. The virtual queue closes daily at 3:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and 7:30 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Virtual queues may close earlier if capacity is reached. Expect crowds; visit on weekday mornings if possible.

Strollers not allowed in the exhibit, parking is available. Also no backpacks or liquids.
